Dick Gerard

Dick was the founder of our local chapter and has been very active since the beginning back in the late 1980s. He has served 2 terms as vice president and 2 terms as president. During those 4 years, he was instrumental in getting several of the “big name” turners to demo for our group.

Dick is a major contributor to our award-winning newsletter with his review of DVDs and book. He is always there to volunteer and is among the first to make visitors and new members feel right at home. He regularly donates excess wood and tools for our members.
