Registration Options

Full Registration (Member Discounted Registration) - Includes three-day access to all demonstrations, panel discussions, trade show, exhibitions, etc. Price: $345 through June 1, 2022. $410 beginning June 2, 2022 and onsite.

Full Registration (Nonmember Registration) - Includes three-day access to all demonstrations, panel discussions, trade show, exhibitions, and a one-year AAW General/Individual membership. Price: $410 through June 1, 2022. $475 beginning June 2, 2022 and onsite.

Chapter Group Discount Registration - Registration must be paid by check and coordinated through your chapter. AAW members may register through their chapter and receive a $30 discount. Price: $315 in advance through chapter. Click here for how to organize a group from your local chapter. Contact your local chapter to register.

Spouse/Partner Registration - Includes three-day access to all demonstrations, panel discussions, trade show, exhibitions, etc. Price: $196 through June 1, 2022. $225 beginning June 2, 2022 and onsite.

Single Day Registration - Available for Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25 only. Includes one day of access to all demonstrations, panel discussions, trade show, exhibitions, etc. Price: $225 per day.

Student Registration - Includes three-day access to all demonstrations, panel discussions, trade show, exhibitions, etc. Applies to current AAW Student members only (ages 18-25). Price: $99 in advance and onsite.

Qualified/Certified Educator Registration - Applies to current AAW Educator Members and students with a current AAW Student Membership (ages 10-17). Price: No charge in advance and onsite.

Sponsored Youth Program: Youth ages 10 to 18 are eligible to register for the symposium without charge as long as they are sponsored by a fully paid registered adult. In addition to attending the symposium, several hands-on classes especially for this group are being offered. More information and how to register can be found under the "Youth Hands-On" tab.

Awards Ceremony & Celebration Banquet on June 25, 2022 - Main Menu or Vegetarian/Vegan Menu. Price: $60 Through June 1, 2022. $70 beginning June 2, 2022 and onsite. Meal details below.
Starter: Chattanooga classic salad with baby field greens, cranberries, spiced pecans, grape tomato, cucumber and signature basil vinaigrette. Artisan rolls and sweet butter.
Entrée: Choose one of the following:
- Main Menu: Duet of braised short-rib & wild mushroom and Boursin cheese-stuffed chicken with port wine glaze and chive potato purée.
- Vegetarian/Vegan/GF Menu: Lemon pepper seared tofu and herb roasted potatoes, bistro vegetables, and lemon basil cream.
Dessert: Moon Pie Parfait: Mini moon pie, fresh cream, and chocolate sauce.
Beverages: Freshly brewed coffee and hot tea service with dessert, iced water.
Cancellation Policy
- General cancellations: If you are unable to attend the Symposium, you may request a refund for registration fee less a $75 administrative fee through June 23, 2022. Beginning June 24, 2022, no refunds will be made.
