The AAW is dedicated to advancing the art and craft of woodturning worldwide by providing opportunities for education, information, and organization to those interested in turning wood. Developing programs to teach woodturning skills and inspire a passion for woodturning for a whole new generation is key to our mission.

We are extremely excited to collaborate with educators to provide students with woodturning instruction. Therefore, if you do not have funds available for an AAW membership, please complete the form below to apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of a new, one-year membership. This offer is extended to new members for their first year only, and is not available to current or former AAW members.
