Registration is now closed. We are pleased to announce that as of the April 8th deadline over 100 local chapters representing 40 states and 3 provinces signed up to participate! Turning 25, A Celebration will be on display in Ballroom A during the AAW's 25th Anniversary Symposium. Be sure to make time to stop by the show, the work is as wonderful, inventive and varied as our membership!

The chapter can choose its own process for selecting a piece for the show, whether it is a collaborative effort or a chapter- juried selection from member work. A collaborative piece or an assemblage of multiple smaller pieces is welcome as long as the weight and size limits below are met.
Guidelines (revised 3/11/2011):
- Entry deadline is April 8, 2011 (extended from original deadline of February 28, 2011)
- A photo of the entry piece must be provided via the form below
- Applications and photographs will not be accepted after April 8, 2011
- One entry per AAW Local Chapter
- Dimensions must be 8” x 8” x 8” or less
- Work must require no assembly to display
- Weight limit is 3 pounds
- Entry fee is $40. After you click on the "submit" button (bottom of this page), you will be redirected to the fee payment page
- All entered work must be for sale
- The artist/chapter receives 70% of the sale price, AAW 30%
- Work must stay with the exhibit, and will be sent to the buyer or returned to the contact person listed on the entry form after the Symposium and any subsequent traveling venues
- Photo submission – Up to three digital images may be provided through the form below. Include at least one overall view. Uploaded images should be jpg or jpeg format, high resolution (300dpi), up to 2,000kb in file size, and 7” on the largest dimension. Use your local chapter's name in the photo's file name - for example: YourChapterName1.jpg, YourChapterName2.jpg, etc...
- You will receive an email confirmation, acknowledging receipt of your entry
Entries fees help to defray the exhibition and return shipping costs. Each participating chapter will receive a complimentary full-color exhibition catalog. Turning 25 will be displayed in a prominent area at the symposium and each participating chapter will be clearly recognized for their contribution.
With over 325 AAW chapters, this exhibition will be quite large, and a powerful display of the skills and talent in our chapters. It would be awesome to see all chapters represented. Any questions should be addressed to Warren Carpenter, Exhibitions Committee Chair.
