The 2010 Youth Turning Workshops, held in Hartford this year, were extremely successful. There were 51 participants, ages 7 to 17, taking advantage of 10 different rotations taught by 5 different instructors, with the assistance of many volunteers. This program is made possible through the generosity of the following companies who have donated tools and supplies in support of the AAW Youth Program:

The following youth participants won one of the 25 complete turning stations, that is comprised of a Jet mini lathe, a set of Crown tools, safety shield and chuck:
