Johannes Michelsen - "Hat" from Madrone Burl. Heavily bleached, medium-large long oval. Also, I have made a stand for it, I struggled with this for awhile, I wanted something old and worn looking like a SW fence post but didn't have access to any, then last week a piece of firewood that had been attacked by ants jumped out at me and it made a perfect "Spirit of the Southwest" hat stand.
