Other info: Matched Set, 2009 - No 231, 232. This Matched Set represents two styles of turned wood bowls: a traditional open bowl and a shallow bowl. The woods used in each object in the set is not only from the same species but from the same piece of wood. The bowl are numbered in series. The set comes with a custom stand designed to complement the pieces. The primary woods used in the set are bleached maple burl and bleached wenge. The veneer layers are wenge and hard maple.
