The AAW Gallery of Wood Art is the only gallery in the United States with a primary focus on contemporary turned sculpture. It, along with the Center for Art in Wood and the Messler Gallery, are the only venues specializing in wood art in the US. The Peabody Essex has a permanent exhibition with contemporary wood sculpture.
The others listed will almost always have some wood art to see, but will only periodically have wood-specific exhibitions.
